Top conference centre with over 240 rooms in Northamptonshire requires an experienced business development manager to join their busy sales team. Working from Northamptonshire you will cover the Midlands area so you must have Birmingham and East Midlands knowledge regarding hospitality clients*competition within this area. A proven track record in this type of role and the enthusiasm and motivation to penetrate this market are essential. You will need to have good experience in a hotel*business*sales background. This is a business sales focused role, involving proactive sales and business generation from existing and new clients.
